By using CloserKit you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
CloserKit is designed for licensed independent life insurance agents. By signing up you confirm that you hold a valid insurance producer license and a National Producer Number (NPN) in at least one US state.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Use a strong password and do not share your credentials.
You agree to use CloserKit in compliance with all applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), state Do Not Call regulations, and CAN-SPAM. You are solely responsible for your own compliance. CloserKit provides tools to help you stay compliant but does not guarantee compliance on your behalf.
Your base subscription is billed on the date you sign up and renews monthly on that same date. Usage fees (calls, additional phone numbers) are billed at the end of each billing cycle. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
You own your data. CloserKit does not claim ownership of any leads, notes, recordings, or other content you create. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.
We aim for maximum uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any lost revenue or business resulting from downtime.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. When cancelled, your account enters a read-only state — your leads, activity history, and pipeline data remain intact and visible. Dialing, importing new leads, and telephony features are disabled until you resubscribe. Your data is never deleted. When you resubscribe, everything is exactly where you left it.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before any material changes take effect. Continued use of CloserKit after that date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
